Just about everyone suffers from internal piles at some point in their lives. However, they are not easily observed, they are not necessarily a problem, they normally stay out of view, and they show no symptoms thus most people don’t even realize that they have them.

But did you know that, according some stats that I’ve found online, over 16 million people suffer from piles that they DO notice each and every year? (If you’re having symptoms, and you’re not sure if they are piles, make sure and check out my piles pictures gallery.)

Typically when someone first notices symptoms of piles, or hemorrhoids (sometimes spelled hemroids), they respond with fear and anxiety.

One day, you’ve got a great looking rear-end that you’re proud to show off in the bedroom. The next, your anus looks like it has it’s insides coming out. The piles may also suddenly start being painful, itching, and just feeling generally irritated like nothing you’ve felt before in your life.

The anxiety can sometimes be tremendous. You see blood on the toilet paper and in the toilet. You are in unbearable pain with extremely irritating itching. And if your piles are thrombosed and they look like some of the pictures in the piles pictures gallery, it can be startling.

In truth, though, hemorrhoids are just inflamed blood vessels that generally respond well to treatment.

Let’s not forget, though, that they are highly embarrassing also. Even if you can get over the anxiety, you’re probably embarrassed. After all, our society thinks of anything to do with bowel movements as being very private and hush-hush. Even having a medical exam by a doctor can be embarrassing. However, physicians are highly trained professionals, particularly in the case of rectal specialists, who have to go through years of post-doctoral training. They are, thus, used to dealing with hemorrhoids and piles and will be very professional.

And it’s even more embarrassing if the hemorrhoids are potentially caused by anal intercourse. Sex is another touchy subject, and combining the two can make for a very uncomfortable conversation with your doctor. The doctor may ask questions of a very personal nature about your sexual habits but they will not ask questions that they do not need to ask for the diagnosis, and they will not (should not) be prejudiced against whatever sexual practices you are engaged in.

But did you know that the issue of piles is so common, and so widely known in the medical community that every doctor, even general practitioners, are experienced and able to perform an outpatient piles surgery. The most common surgeries are rubber band ligation, or injections. Like I said, they can often be performed on an outpatient basis, although the recovery can be somewhat painful when you have a bowel movement. Doctors see patients with piles every single day, and are not embarrassed to talk about it or to look at your ass.

So get over your embarrassment. I did, and I finally got my piles taken care of. Your doctor will not be any personal than necessary, and you will probably get a lot of relief from your anxiety. Even if you’ve looked at piles pictures and are sure that you have hemorrhoids, it’s always good to hear from a doctor that it’s nothing more serious. They will probably recommend, at least initially, just a change in diet.

A good idea when you’re getting ready for your doctor appointment is to start writing down the symptoms on a notepad. This way, when you’re talking to the doctor, you can get past some of your embarrassment by just reading off the symptoms that you’ve written down, instead of having to think about them from memory. So even if you are highly anxious and embarrassed, you can express the symptoms without walking out feeling like you have a grudge and bearing a wan expression.

Many people who are not trained in diagnosing piles may confuse what they are experiencing with an anal fissure, warts, or even something more serious like cancer. So first, check out the piles pictures gallery, since I’ve include pics of piles, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and other conditions. Then try first to treat your piles on your own. Then, if they don’t go away, make sure to get a medical opinion.

What Causes Piles?

Many factors can contribute to piles. First off, rectal blood veins can react to the tension that comes from being strained. This tension can come from various sources, which can lead to an inflammation of those veins we call this hemorrhoids, or piles.

If you are prone to piles, it can help to be well-informed about all of the different causes behind hemorrhoids. Seriously. Get educated about the disorder, and you can potentially transform your life, and stop suffering. If you think you might already be suffering from hemorrhoids, you can look at my piles pictures, hemorrhoids pictures, or hemroids pictures galleries to compare what you are seeing on your behind to the pictures.

1)Constipation

One of the leading causes of piles is constipation. When a person is constipated, they tend to sit on the toilet and strain to make a bowel movement. This strain leads to a tension on the blood vessels in the rectal area this makes them engorged, inflamed, and irritated, and causes what we know as piles. If you are constipated, you may initially see the strain as bleeding. This is, of course, due to the blood vessels becoming inflamed and erupting. So you would be behooved to read up on ways to avoid constipation.

2)Pregnancy

Aside from constipation, the second leading cause of piles is pregnancy. This is for several reasons. First, the constant strain on the rectal blood vessels from being overweight and having a baby pushing on the abdominal region can cause irritation. Second, the blood vessels have to do more work due to the fluctuating hormone levels. Again, this can cause irritation and inflammation. Many a pregnant woman with piles pictures awful things happening to her rear end, since she usually has no way to see what’s going on back there. However, it’s usually not as bad as anything in the gallery. If a women is pregnant or trying to become pregnant, she should know that piles and hemorrhoids are a normal, and common, part of pregnancy. Just remember that the piles normally go away shortly after giving birth.

3)Portal Hypertension

A third common cause of piles is that of portal hypertension. This means that blood vessels protrude from the intestines and into the liver. This can be very painful, and lead to hemorrhoids. If you suffer severe pain in your abdomen, you should get checked out for portal hypertension, as it can be a very serious condition. Make sure that if you are diagnosed with it, you keep an eye out for hemorrhoids or piles.

4)Chronic Venous Insufficiency

A fourth cause of piles is chronic venous insufficiency. This means that the blood vessels in your rectum are especially delicate, and are prone to being damaged. When your blood vessels are delicate, they are especially affected by tension, which is compounded by the fact that you will often have to put in additional effort to get out your poop. And if you are prone to this type of damage, then you will be prone to stress from prolonged standing or sitting. In addition, if you are obese, overweight, do not get enough exercise, or you smoke, you are at higher risk for chronic venous insufficiency, and thus at higher risk for piles.

5)IBS

Inflammatory Bowel Disease, or IBS, is a final major contributor to piles. This is because IBS leads to frequent diarrhea and constipation, as well as other digestive symptoms, which in turn can lead to hemorrhoids from the extra stress and strain on the anal and rectal blood vessels.

If you do suffer from piles, you should look at what is causing them, rather than just trying to treat the symptoms. If you don’t, they are likely to come back. You can often change your lifestyle just a bit, such as eating differently or spending less time sitting on the can, and reap large benefits in relief from your hemorrhoids.

If you have any question about whether you have hemorrhoids, you should either consult your doctor or take a look at the piles pictures gallery for a comparison.

Hello and welcome to Piles pictures blog. My name is Tristan.

Piles or Hemorrhoid is a very common disorder that many people nowadays are suffering from. But many are still embarrassed about this condition that’s why not many are open if they have this.

In this post, I want to talk about treatment for hemorrhoids, as well as curing piles once they occur.

If you happen to suffer from piles, then there is still hope. If you are looking for a better way to treat hemorrhoids or piles then you can use Venapro. Many have already tried this product and said that this product works.

This product offer relief from the symptoms of hemorrhoid within 24 hours. Many users claimed that after using Venapro regularly their symptoms were completely gone within 3 to 4 months of usage. To learn more about Venapro, Click Here To Visit The Official Website

Venapro works by combining an active natural ingredient in their two treatments. The first one is the spray that needs to be applied under the tongue for several days. What it does is it helps relieve the soreness and pain brought by hemorrhoids. The other one is the dietary supplement that improves the health of the colon, improves blood flow and treats the root cause of hemorrhoids.

Internal and external piles can be treated using Venapro. There’s also no worry because this is an all-natural product that has a homeopathic components that is proven safe to be used by anyone. There’s also no side effects reported even if this product is used for several months.

Treatment using Venapro is divided into two parts. The first one is aimed to treat the symptoms and then to treat the underlying cause. The other part of the treatment is called the Venapro Colon Wellness formula made from organic fiber and it helps soften the stool. Chronic constipation is considered as one of the major cause of hemorrhoids and Venapro is addressing this problem the natural way and with no negative side effects.

Venapro is used by spraying the contents under the tongue. You must be sure that you have thoroughly cleaned your mouth before application. The patient is instructed not to drink or eat anything 20 to 30 minutes before applying Venapro. Make sure not to contaminate the Venapro formula by not touching dropper. The formula enters into the blood stream through the mucus membranes in the mouth. The formula gets into the blood faster thus resulting to a faster effect in healing the symptoms of hemorrhoids.

In this Venapro review, we can see clearly that this is the best remedy that individuals suffering from hemorrhoids can use. It is very easy to use; it’s affordable and safe for use at home. By using this product many people will find out that this really works and they can get back the kind of life they wanted.

It’s important to take steps now so that you don’t end up looking like some of the worst cases in the Piles Pictures gallery.

1)Reduction of Stress

It doesn’t seem intuitive, but stress is actually a huge contributor to hemorrhoids. When you cut your stress level, you cut the chances of hemorrhoids occurring, and you decrease the severity of any piles that you already have.

Stress and tension can lead to stomach aches, hypertension, and digestive problems, all of which also contribute to hemorrhoids. So try to find something that you can do everyday to decrease the stress in your life. For me, I find that running, meditation and listening to Prog Metal all help to reduce my stress. My wife likes to do Yoga. Everyone has to find their own thing.

2)Mechanical Techniques

If you are genetically susceptible to hemorrhoids like I am (I had to have piles surgery when I was only 24 years old) then changing your lifestyle and reducing stress may not necessarily be enough. However, there numerous techniques that you can use to ameliorate your hemorrhoids anyway, and make sure that any attack in the future is not as severe.

One of the easiest to implement (and to remember to implement) to make sure that you don’t end up as bad as what is in the piles pictures galleries is to put your feet on a footstool while you are sitting on the john. It may seem strange at first, but if you sit in this position while you poop, it gives your anal region more support. Without a stool, there is no muscular support while you sit there reading and pooping, and your hemorrhoidal blood vessels are at the mercy of gravity. WITH a stool, you are forced to support your anal region with the muscles in your thighs. This technique is so important that it is sometimes posted in the offices of proctologists.

However, this technique is only good for while you are on the can. You cannot sit there forever!

3)Minimize Time on the Can

You should keep your time sitting on the can to a minimum. Only sit there while there is actually poop coming out. If you can’t poop within 5 minutes, wipe your ass, get up, walk a little, and maybe drink something with caffeine in it to get things moving. Also – only use soft, non-scented toilet paper, and wipe gently. It may also help to use something like baby-wipes to clean your ass with instead of scrubbing it with TP. Make sure that the TP and/or baby wipes does not contain any dyes, perfumes, or anything harsh or irritating.

4)Pharmaceuticals

There are many over-the-counter drugs and preparations for hemorrhoids and piles. Unfortunately for chronic sufferers, there are not as many drugs that are meant to help prevent hemorrhoids. Never use a gel or treatment that is meant as a cure to prevent your hemorrhoids as these can irritate your skin.

Oftentimes, you will waste your time, and your money. In the worst case, using one of these preparations, such as hydrocortisone or vasoconstrictors can actually CAUSE hemorrhoids. A vasoconstrictor is a drug that constricts blood vessels. Using one of these over time can cause one of these blood vessels to burst, and to cause a hemorrhoids. In addition, hydrocortisone irritates muscle tissue over time, and will also make you more prone to hemorrhoids.

On the other hand, if you do want to use something for hemorrhoid and piles prevention, you can try herbal supplements such as those containing butcher’s broom and chestnut. These have been used for centuries, if not millenia. Both help to aid in circulation, but should not be taken by people who suffer from hyperplasia or hypertension, or by pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding. These can be a little tricky to find over the counter, but you can often find them in specialty health stores

Hemorrhoids Symptoms

When your hemorrhoids bleed, it is perhaps the most serious, and sometimes the most shocking symptom. Someone who bleeds from their piles pictures ungodly things happening on their backside, where they can’t see. They become shocked and have anxiety when they see blood in the toilet bowl.

Hemorrhoids can cause a great deal of trouble and pain. Hemorrhoids and piles can take a long time to go away, and in the meantime, it’s just a matter of managing the symptoms that come along with them.

Warning Signs

How do you know if you have piles? What are the warning signs? One of the best ways to know if you have hemorrhoids is simply to compare what is happening on your ass (if you can see it, using a mirror) with my piles pictures gallery. If you can look at hemorrhoids pictures, and what you have matches them, then you’ll know. There are other ways though. Some symptoms can include pain, blistering, itching, and bleeding in the anal area. What can be done to mitigate these symptoms? We’ll talk about that down below.

First though, let’s talk about bleeding again, briefly, since this symptom is so frightening to people. In the modern era, people don’t die from hemorrhoids. So no matter how bad they are, or how much you are bleeding, the doctor can help you. In fact, MOST hemorrhoids and piles patients suffer some bleeding at one point or another. Your poop may come out bloody, there may be blood in the toilet water, or there may be blood on your toilet paper.

Yes, I know seeing the toilet bowl filled with red can be very alarming. And like I said, most of the time it’s fairly normal. Be aware though, that sometimes bleeding from the anus or rectum can be a sign of a more serious condition such as colorectal cancer. However, only a doctor can tell for certain. So if you have any other symptoms, such as weight loss, you should definitely see your physician.

How to Minimize Bleeding?

As promised, next we’re going to talk about how to minimize bleeding. If you’re certain that you have hemorrhoids, either by comparing your anus to the piles pictures, hemorrhoids pictures, or hemroids pictures galleries, or by consulting with a physician, you can try to treat the symptoms. The first thing that most doctors will recommend is to improve a person’s diet. Diet can play a huge and critical role in the formation of hemorrhoids and piles and in the treatment thereof.

The latest medical research on hemorrhoids and piles has uncovered the fact that adding fiber to each meal can help to reduce the incidence of and ameliorate the symptoms of hemorrhoids and piles. These studies have shown that adding fiber supplements such as psyllium to your food or simply mixing it with juice and drinking it after a meal can greatly decrease your bleeding piles and hemorrhoids.

What is psyllium? It is an agent that contains fiber which adds bulk to your poop. This makes them softer and easier to pass without straining. If you can’t stomach the taste of the psyllium, you can also try fiber capsules. If you are going to add fiber to your diet, also make sure that you drink plenty of water, as when you are dehydrated, fiber could actually make things worse.

Aside from taking fiber supplements, another option is to just make sure and east fiber rich foods. These include fresh fruits, fresh veggies, and whole grains.

I hope that helps. Until next time, take care of yourself, and your piles!

I’ve talked about this already to some extent, but after getting some questions from readers, I wanted to revisit some of the basics about piles. Often, a person thinking about piles pictures something rather frightening.

Piles can indeed look frightening, but they are really just enlarged and/or inflamed blood vessels in the rectal cavity. The most common symptoms are usually bleeding, pain and a powerful itch on the rectum or anus. Piles can either be internal or external. Internal hemorrhoids will be just inside the rectum, while external hemorrhoids will be beneath the anal skin. The two types often occur together.

As I said before, some of the most common signs of piles are:

Anal bleeding

Rectal Irritation and Itching

A bulge from the rectum

Fecal leakage

You will see evidence of all four of these in the piles pictures galleries elsewhere on this website. Normally, bowel movements are not painful. However, after you have finished using the toilet, you may see bright red blood either in the toilet or on the toilet paper. This is normal and nothing to be alarmed about. There can be a small to moderate amount of blood, although it may look like more as it spreads through the water in the toilet.

In some advanced cases, there may actually be more serious bleeding. In exceedingly serious cases, blood loss from piles may result in anemia, which can lead to weakness or even loss of consciousness. If this happens, seek medical attention immediately.

Even with piles pictures to reference, it is difficult to find the exact origin of your bleeding without seeing a doctor. However, in mild cases, finding the exact source may not be necessary, and you can just go ahead and treat your hemorrhoids or hemroids with a natural or over the counter cure.

One of the most irritating symptoms of hemroids or piles is itching. The itching can result from:

1.Fecal leakage that can dry and irritate the skin
2.Wiping too vigorously after using the toilet
3.Skin tags from external piles, which are difficult to keep clean, causing itchiness
4.Inflammation

While itching can be the most irritating symptom, pain can also develop and be very difficult to deal with as well. Pain is most common with hemorrhoids that have a thrombosis or have coagulated blood drying on them. Pain can occur with either internal or external hemorrhoids or piles. You’ll recognize the external variety from their bulge and their plum color.

Internal coagulated piles can also be very painful, although the pain is usually not as intense as with the external variety. When it does occur, it is usually the result of hemorrhoidal asphyxiation. This occurs when the blood supply to the hemorrhoid is cut off. In rare cases, gangrene can even result, where the affected skin actually dies and rots. This can be sometimes be fatal, and requires urgent surgical intervention.

Some contributing factors to Hemorrhoids and Piles are:

1. Straining on the toilet

2. Suffering frequent constipation or diarrhea

3. Prolonged sitting or standing on a daily basis

4. Being middle-aged or older

5.Pregnancy
6.Pelvic Tumors

If you aren’t sure if you have piles, check out the piles pictures gallery, or seek medical advice.

If you want immediate and permanent relief from your hemorrhoids, I always recommend H-Miracle.

Hemorrhoid surgery (hemorrhoidectomy) is generally considered a last resort. Candidates for surgery most often have tried diet adjustments, various medications, and basic lifestyle changes to no avail. Sometimes genetics can get the best of you, and sometimes things have just gotten a little too serious to go back to normalcy.

Furthermore, there are more invasive treatments that are worth considering if the standard methods have not worked. Rubber band ligation, which is most common, works by banding the hemorrhoid in a series that continues over the course of a few weeks. This procedure can be very effective, and is often the preferred option to try before full-blown surgery it is less painful and invasive, has a much shorter recovery time (out patient) and usually has minimal side effects.

Those who are good candidates for surgery are usually in the third or fourth (most severe) stages of piles, and ligation either has not worked completely, or the piles have gotten so bad that time constraints now dictate surgery as being the superior option. You may be able to self-diagnose yourself (not a replacement for a professional medical consultation, however) by browsing hemorrhoids pictures and/or piles pictures using the following guide to determine roughly what stage you are in.

Stage 1 This stage consists of small hemorrhoids, presenting with some pain and perhaps some minor bleeding. Changes in toilet habits and other lifestyle changes are generally recommended and most often serve to lessen symptoms. The sufferer can be any age, but piles are uncommon in children and teens.

Stage 2 In this stage, it’s not uncommon for moderate-sized hemorrhoids to prolapse during straining, but immediately return. Bleeding is sometimes more frequent and more severe. Itching may be present. The sufferer is usually over 30 years of age.

Stage 3 By this stage, hemorrhoids are large and becoming a serious problem. Prolapse (falling out of the anus) is very common, and they may need manual effort to move back into the anal canal. Bleeding and itching are severe and commonplace. Visually, skin tags can appear. Sufferers are often over 40 years of age, and at this point surgery is becoming a viable option.

Stage 4 This is the final and most severe stage. Hemorrhoids are very large, and permanently prolapsed. Bleeding is nearly constant. There is debilitating pain, itching, and general discomfort. Skin tags are most often present. Sufferers are 50+ years old and the need for surgery has become imminent.

Keep in mind that while older persons typically suffer the most severe stages of hemorrhoids, they can become a very serious issue at any age. Genetics and occupational habits may play a part in aggravating piles in younger persons.

If you at any stage of hemorrhoids you should seek medical help in the form over OTC treatments, lifestyle changes, and/or consultation with a physician. Here at PilesPictures.Com, we recommend H-Miracle, which is a completely natural OTC remedy.

Piles is a another name for hemorrhoids, which are basically veins in and around the rectum that become swollen, inflamed, and enlarged. In many cases there may be bleeding, itching, and considerable pain. While trouble with hemorrhoids may commonly run in families (predisposition), there are several factors that can contribute to chronic piles. Avoiding certain circumstances or changing lifestyle behavior can prevent or less the severity of hemorrhoids.

Posts

One of the worst contributors to piles is dehydration. Even people without chronic piles have been known to have bouts of hemorrhoid attacks due to poor hydration. Medications or other factors that contribute to low water retention cause stools to become hard and difficult to move. Thus, the excess straining and effort it takes to have a bowel movement can cause the rectal veins to become irritated and inflamed. That said, drinking a lot of fluids, particularly water, can help keep stools soft and easy to move.

Even with proper hydration, stools can still sometimes be too firm. A diet high in fiber (or taking fiber supplements) help to soften the stools so they are easier to pass.

Often accompanying dehydration and hard stools, general straining while trying to have a bowel movement is a huge factor, primarily because of the added pressure that is put upon the veins and nerves of the anus. If you are properly hydrated, but yet have chronic constipation or a tough time defecating, it may behoove you to try a stool softener. These work by helping your body draw water into the stool in the large intestine.

And of course, the aging process causes a gradual loss in tissue elasticity, which is why we see hemorrhoids more commonly and frequently as we get older. Obesity is also considered a contributing factor, compounded by the fact that people also tend to gain weight as they age.

Finally, pregnancy seems to be a primary cause of hemorrhoids, but the reason why is not clear. It is generally assumed that the added weight and pressure of the pregnancy causes stress on the anal canal. Women often complain that even though they are doing all the right things, they still have hemorrhoid troubles when pregnant, but most often these problems abate after delivery.

Internal hemorrhoids generally cause a lot more problem than external hemorrhoids, but both types of piles seem to have the same basic causes. If you are not sure what type of hemorrhoids you have, you can help diagnose yourself (although getting a qualified medical opinion is recommended) by browsing hemorrhoids pictures.

Hemorrhoids: Don’t Suffer in Silence

(Scroll down for the Hemorrhoids Pictures Gallery – Use the arrows to view additional pictures)

Let’s face it. Hemorrhoids are embarrassing. They occur on a part of our bodies that is not considered to be an appropriate topic for polite conversation. Most people don’t even tell their best friends that they’re suffering. Others hesitate to even mention it to their doctors until they are in a very advanced stage, and are affecting the person’s quality of life.

Hemorrhoids can affect the way that you sit, the way that you walk, whether you exercise, and whether you engage in activities that are meaningful to you. It’s not worth having your quality of life decline just because you are embarrassed.

My hope is that you will use this website in two ways.

1st, you can use the hemorrhoids pictures gallery and the other galleries to help you determine whether or not what you are suffering is actually hemorrhoids. While some of these pictures represent very advanced cases, others show very early cases. Still others show different ailments such as fissures and abscesses. If what you have looks like one of the early cases – Great! That means that you know what it is, you can take steps to treat it, you know that it’s not something more serious, and you’ve caught it before it got any worse. If it looks like the advanced cases, or it doesn’t look like any of these pictures, then you should probably see your doctor.

The 2nd thing that I’d like people to get from this site is relief. Both physical and emotional. Use the forums to connect with other sufferers. And take my advice and stop suffering. I know what worked for me, and it can work for you also. You’ll find a link to H-Miracle, which is what I recommend, down at the bottom of the page, after the hemorrhoids pictures.
